"This location has been nothing but top tier, hospitable and professional while also taking the time to explain and make real connections. I only give a star short because when i first applied i was approved for full coverage and fully agreed and signed documents, but about a month in, an underwriter found something on my record that i fought and was given a PJC (Nothing crazy) short of 7 years ago and the company auto changed my coverage to limited liability. Cant control the companys choices but this location is the one to be with, no doubt."

"Brad Riley State Farm has been my favorite auto insurance provider. I love that they are local and they have been willing to work with me when I have fallen on hard times and couldn’t pay my car insurance payment on time. I’ve been with all of the other major auto insurance companies in the past but I had to take my business elsewhere when my rates would skyrocket for no good reason and out of my price range. I wanted to stay with a major auto insurance company and I decided to try State Farm and I have been with them a few years now and my rates have only increased by a few dollars per year and I get full coverage and the benefits of using the online app as well as being able to call my local branch and talk directly to someone in office and not have the annoyance that comes with having to go through an automated system to get help or make a payment. I will be a Brad Riley State Farm member for life."

"This is my first ever worst experience with an insurance agency. Please avoid Brad Riley , they ignore simple requests like insurance ID cards, confirmations, or cancellations for weeks until you remind them. Every request gets forgotten. They act polite, but the service is actually rude and unprofessional. Insurance service should be simple: here’s the quote, you pay, and then you get your ID cards , that’s it. Instead, with this agency, everything becomes a hassle. There are hundreds of other State Farm agents who are far more reliable ,I strongly recommend choosing someone else."

They were sent to you from our office by 11:30AM the same day. During this time, you called back multiple times. Each time we informed you when you would have your items requested. Please keep in mind, you can access your full account online, or through the app. You can also download all your ID cards at your convenience and save them to your digital wallet. If you have any questions, I will be happy to discuss. Best wishes to you!"
