"On July 21, 2025 my wife and I made the decision to bundle our Homeowner's and Auto Insurance with State Farm after receiving some quotes from Josh. I had already taken out a Life Insurance Policy with State Farm a few weeks before with help from Chase who made sure every document was signed to implement the Policy. However, today REALLY confirmed that I made the right decision. I went to get an inspection on one of vehicles. When the representative at the License Plate Agency asked if all the information was correct on the renewal notice, I explained that the information was correct until August 9th at which time the vehicle would be covered by State Farm. To my surprise, the representative informed me that computer records revealed that I had no insurance and that a penalty would be imposed. I immediately called State Farm and Tricia (or Trisha) recommend that I call the previous insurance company (who sent document action immediately), but that in the meantime she would go ahead and submit the necessary form confirming that the vehicle will be covered effective August 9th. On top of that, she (Trisha or Tricia) offered to call me when the necessary documents was at the License Plate Agency, and did just that. I was told that it would probably be there Thursday, July 31st, but was in their TODAY (July 29th). Brad Riley and his crew at State Farm are kind, courteous, and have definitely earned our trust."
